The PZ weave or Reverse Dutch weave – unlike the Plain Dutch weave, the weft wires have a larger diameter than the warp wires. The warp wires are very close together to avoid the meshes being blocked in case of filtration. The free working surface is greater than in the Twilled Dutch weave cloth and remains at below 25%. Thanks to this type of sturdy weave, this cloth is mainly used whenever there are mechanical stresses.
